Ingredients:

  • Cocoa beans – 60 grams;
  • Sea or Himalayan salt – 1/4 part of a teaspoon;
  • Honey or xylitol – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • Grated vanilla – 1/4 part tsp (or a third of a vanilla pod, but at the same time it needs to be powdered);
  • Cayenne – pepper to taste;
  • Cinnamon – to taste;
  • Cold water – 200 ml;
  • Hot water – 200 ml.

Cooking:

1. Grind cocoa beans in a coffee grinder to a sticky consistency, that is, so that the oils come out.

2. Add the resulting gruel, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of honey or xylitol, grated vanilla, 200 ml of cold water to the blender and mix.

3. Add 200 ml of hot water, cayenne pepper and cinnamon to taste and mix everything again in a blender.

You can drink both cold and hot. The drink perfectly warms in the cold seasons, and is also useful in the treatment of colds.

Ingredients:

  • Cocoa beans – 60 grams;

  • Water – 100 ml;

Cooking:

1. Grind cocoa beans in a coffee grinder to a sticky consistency, that is, so that the oils come out.

2. Mix almonds, cocoa, water, honey, salt and vanilla in a blender.

3. Add raspberries and mix again in a blender.

4. Put the resulting porridge in bowls, decorate with banana slices and raspberries.
